RETURN POLICY

At Stylishe, your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with information regarding the item(s) wished to be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment, by phone, e-mail or Fax, to report the problem and make further arrangement with us. In case of merchandise is different from what you ordered, defective or damaged upon delivery, we will issue a Pickup Tag from Canpar to pick up the product you wish to return yet it is your responsibility to have the merchandize packed with a copy of invoice on which the returning merchandize was charged and or a note (with your company information), indicating the product code and reason for the return, everything prepared for the pickup. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) due to the quality, size, colour or any reason other than defect or damage, you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the return. Please also note the following condition in regards to any return:
 

  • In the event of an exchange, we will send the replacement goods upon arrival of the returning goods with no extra charge to you.
  • In the event of a return of set merchandise (e.g. 2-Piece Set, or an Ensemble), please include all items of the set in the condition that it was delivered in when making the return. If any item is missing from the set returned to us, we will not be able to process the exchange or refund.
  • All returning item(s) must be in new or unused condition with original package or case and not being adjusted, soiled or damaged by the customer under any circumstance; otherwise, the return will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
        Non-Returnable Items
  • Product(s) which have been abused or modified
  • Special order made to customer specifications
  • Product(s) modified as per customer's request
     
In any case of requesting a credit or refund, please contact us with information regarding the item(s) wished to be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt of shipment, by phone, e-mail or Fax, to discuss the issue and make further arrangement with us. Upon receipt and inspection of all returned items, refunds will be made by credit to the next purchase (created on customer's account at Stylishe) or in the original form of payment, except for e-mail money transfers, that we will refund with a company cheque. Credit or refund is for the returned item(s) and or reported mischarge only and we will notify the customer when the credit or refund is made. In most cases, you may receive your refund as soon as we receive the returns, but during the peak season, it may take longer for our process, the transaction between banks or credit card companies.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Unless applicable, delivery or shipping charges are not refunded.
